Our inventory system checks the current inventory and price and processes the latest information on our website. In this way you are constantly informed of our current inventory.

For each product, the current inventory status is displayed and when a product is expected to be in inventory again.

Curacao Made uses different carriers to deliver your order to you in the best way possible.

Shipping costs
At Curacao Made you can choose how you want to pay for your order. The most commonly used method is via direct online payment (with credit card or iDeal), so that we can always ship your order immediately.

The shipping costs can differ per order, because this depends on the weight of the package to be sent in combination with the size of the order, the country of delivery and the chosen payment method.

Where can I find the status of my order?
The expected delivery time of your order is stated in the confirmation email. The expected delivery time is stated in working days: weekends and holidays are therefore not included. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

How long does it take before my order is delivered?
In the confirmation e-mail you will find the estimated delivery time in working days. To ensure that your orders are delivered properly, Curacao Made works with a professional logistics provider.

Is the stated (expected) delivery time a guaranteed period or a target period?
The delivery time stated in the product description is always the target period and serves as an indication.

Why isn’t my order just delivered within 1 or 2 days?
CurMade only sells exclusive Curacao products and all these products are then sent from Curacao to your destination, which makes us dependent on local mail deliverers. Curacao Made can therefore not guarantee an exact date or time when an order will be delivered.

Can I still change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, you cannot change the delivery address. Therefore always think carefully about the delivery address you choose. If you are not at home during the day, you may have the package delivered to a family member or to your workplace. As a customer, you are responsible for specifying a correct delivery address. Curacao Made reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs as a result of an apparent error in the customer’s statement of the delivery address. A shipment that is missing due to an incorrectly specified delivery address is at the expense and risk of the customer.

Can I have my order delivered to any address in the world?
Yes!

Can I pick up my order myself at the Curacao Made office or the Curacao Made warehouse?
Because the products from Curacao Made are not shipped from our office, this is not possible from a logistical point of view. If you happen to be on Curacao, you can always contact us and we will ensure that the products are delivered to you on your address on the island.
